Superslick AlphaSynth SlideGlide Synthetic Slide Lubricant (8oz)

Dealers: Log In to view price OR Request Account

The 8 oz shop size of Superslick AlphaSynth SlideGlide is made for repair benches, band rooms, and anyone who goes through a lot of slide lubricant. It’s the same all-in-one, thinner synthetic formula as the 1 oz bottle. It spreads easily, stays put, and holds up through long rehearsals and performances, so you spend less time reapplying and more time playing. It’s fragrance free and long lasting, and it reactivates with a light mist of water to keep the slide moving freely.

Keep it on hand to refill 1 oz bottles as they run low, or use it for slide service, school instrument maintenance, and everyday shop use. The larger size costs less per ounce and helps you avoid running out in the middle of the season.

How to UseShake the container well before each use. Wipe any moisture or dirt from the outer surface of the inner slides with a lint-free cloth, and clean the inside of the outer slide with a cleaning swab or snake. Position the inside plug of the container against the inner slide tube and apply a 2 to 3 inch (5 to 7 cm) line of lubricant at the stocking end of each tube, one slide at a time, spreading it evenly in all directions. Move the slide back and forth to work the lubricant along the full length. For even smoother movement, lightly mist the slide with a water spray bottle. If the slide still feels stiff, add one more drop at a time until it moves freely. Tighten the cap securely after use.

Available in a 1oz bottle and a 8oz refill bottle.
